AI Transparency

This notice explains transparently how artificial intelligence has supported the development of Festival Simulator and the creation of this website.

1. Use in Festival Simulator

AI tools have assisted different stages of the game's development. This includes the creation, editing and further development of texts, graphics and other digital content. Published game content may therefore combine human-created, AI-assisted and subsequently edited elements.

2. Use on this website

Many texts, design elements and other parts of this landing page were created or revised with the support of generative AI. The displayed game scenes are identified as captures from Festival Simulator. AI assistance does not mean that every element was generated entirely automatically.

3. Human selection and responsibility

M-SILVER decides which content is published, reviews and edits the results, and assumes editorial responsibility for this website. Statements about game features and availability are checked against the current project status or store page before publication.

4. Transparency under the EU AI Act

Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 – the EU AI Act – contains transparency obligations for certain AI systems and certain AI-generated or manipulated content. The relevant transparency rules have applied since 2 August 2026. This prominent notice is intended to disclose the use of AI assistance in an understandable way. The precise legal classification depends on the type of content and its context of use.

5. No AI interaction with visitors

This landing page contains no AI chatbot and performs no AI-based visitor analysis, profiling or automated decision-making. The page code does not transmit personal data to generative AI providers when the site is accessed. Further information is provided in the Privacy Policy.
